We recommend that you wash all shirts on cold, and inside out to preserve the bright color "pop".

Polo's can be dried on low setting, without worry of shrinkage. Tees should be hang dried, or dried on the lowest heat setting to prevent shrinkage. 

You can view our sizing chart's here. The polo's generally run long, and are built for a slim body type. I am 6'3" and about 150lbs (skinny I know) and I wear a medium polo, and a medium/large t shirt both work just depending on personal preference.
